GENERAL PARK POLICY

  • This is a privately owned facility. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. 
  • All guests, players, and coaches must follow park rules and staff instructions at all times. 
  • Any vandalism, trespassing, or damage to surrounding properties will result in: 
    • Immediate removal 
    • Permanent ban 
    • Team disqualification from future events

COOLER POLICY

  • No outside coolers allowed for spectators. 

Reusable water bottles are allowed. 

FOOD & DRINK POLICY

Outside food and drinks are not permitted.

GATE & ADMISSION POLICY

  • Daily admission fees apply (varies by event). 

All gate fees are non-refundable, including weather-related interruptions.

ALCOHOL POLICY

  • No outside alcohol permitted. 
  • Alcohol may only be consumed if purchased on-site  
  • Anyone suspected of outside alcohol possession may be removed.

SMOKING & TOBACCO

  • No smoking, vaping, or tobacco use: 
    • On turf 
    • Under covered areas 
    • In seating or common areas 

PET POLICY

  • No pets allowed (except service animals). 
  • Pets may not be left in vehicles. Violations may result in authorities being contacted.

CHAIRS, TENTS & SETUP

  • Lawn chairs and tents are allowed in designated areas only. 
  • Tents are not allowed on the grassy areas at this time. 
  • Must not block spectator views. 

PARKING POLICY

  • Park only in designated spaces. 
  • No parking along roads, turf edges, or unauthorized areas. 
  • Vehicles blocking traffic or taking multiple spaces may be towed. 
  • No grilling or open flames in parking areas.
  • RV's are allowed for daily parking (overnight is not allowed) 

TURF & FIELD PROTECTION

  • No sunflower seeds, gum, shelled nuts, or tobacco. 
  • No colored drinks on turf. 
  • No metal cleats—turf shoes or molded cleats only. 
  • No climbing on fences or structures. 

HEATER & FIRE POLICY

  • No open flames allowed anywhere on property. 
  • Portable heaters must be used safely and away from turf.

VEHICLES & MOBILITY

  • No motorized vehicles or scooters inside gates: 
    • Includes bikes, skateboards, hoverboards, etc. 
  • Exception: ADA mobility devices

CLEANLINESS

  • Teams must clean dugouts after each game. 
  • Dispose of all trash properly. 
  • Help maintain a clean, premium environment.

PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR

  • Fighting, harassment, or abusive language 
  • Trespassing onto neighboring property 
  • Damage to fences, turf, or facilities 

Any of these = immediate ejection + potential lifetime ban

ENFORCEMENT

  • Park staff decisions are final. 
  • Violations may result in: 
    • Warning 
    • Ejection 
    • Team forfeiture 
    • Suspension or permanent ban

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following are NOT allowed anywhere on the property:

  • Alcohol, illegal drugs, or intoxication 
  • Weapons of any kind 
  • Glass containers 
  • Fireworks or open flames 
  • Drones or remote-controlled devices 
  • Outside field-altering substances (chalk, paint, etc.)
